Gro is a software written in C++ using QT. Gro is a programming language and a 2D simulation environment for cells. The physics and front end has been implemented for e.coli.

I did the physics for yeast cells, ellipsoids, using Chipmunk with the option that they can stay attached (‘snowflake yeast’) so I could simulate the LYSD language.

Can I program a flower?
Can I program a chain?
Can I just grow my yeast?

Can I make a tree (chemical diffusion)?
I think so!
